Program Description & Purpose

When you opt-in to receive text messages from Bookco Virtual Accounting (operating as Bookco), you will receive non-marketing SMS notifications related to your accounting and financial services. Messages may include appointment reminders, document requests, account updates, billing notices, and direct communications from your service team. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

By submitting the form and affirmatively consenting, clients agree to receive individual, non-marketing text messages from Bookco regarding accounting services, document requests, appointment coordination, account inquiries, and account updates. Clients may also initiate a conversation by texting a published Bookco business number.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services. Mobile information and opt-in data will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message Cadence / Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the status of your account or ongoing services. All messaging is purely conversational, operational, and non-automated. No marketing, promotional, or bulk messages are sent.
